When I entered the facilities on the 6th floor for the first time, I was immediately impressed. All offices with river view, fantastic meeting rooms, balcony to enjoy fresh air, prestigious business address Kaiserkai 69, great infrastructure and parking directly under the building.
Also the commissioned interior designer, Frank Theuerkauf was immediately hooked and started passionately the planning. He created a unique atmosphere that invites not only to work, but also to feel good. Two aspects that are linked inseparably nowadays.

I have been in the services sector for 20 years and it gives me great pleasure to serve clients, to support them and stand by them. I completed my training as a hotel specialist in Germany’s only 5-star superior design hotel. After successfully shortening my training, I was taken on at the front office, where I became a manager after only a short time. As a result of my various stays abroad, I decided to take the trainer aptitude ordinance exam, as I like to pass on my knowledge as well as my experience to others. Shortly thereafter, I became active at a young age for the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce as an honorary examiner for prospective hotel specialists. Following my further education as a business economist and my certification in the field of quality management, I decided to take on a completely new challenge in my life, which ultimately led me to us, the CS Business Center.

I have a bachelor’s degree in tourism management and have many years of experience in direct customer contact. Whether in the fitness area, at the reception or as an office manager, for me, whoever promises service, must also deliver service! Direct communication with the customer is important to me in order to be able to respond to individual wishes.

We spend a large part of our time at our workplace and therefore it should be designed in such a way that we feel comfortable. As an employee at the CS Business Center, I have set myself the goal of creating positive moments for the customer. Already during my apprenticeship I worked in different houses of a successful hotel chain in Hamburg and got to know the complexity of the customer segment.
